I am celebrating WHD with my special new LOVE hoop that I crafted with sacred geometry artwork and intention. Tonight my local hoop community and I are gathering to co-create a hoop yoga circle and dance together. Thinking of you all today, and noticing that the summer Olympics start today - so significant since the Olympic logo is all circles. Considering all the attention that this brings to global politics and remembering what watching the Olympics meant to me as a kid, I contemplate the circle of life, the hoops of all the people, and how all our circles are intertwined into the great hoop of the universe.
